Aquavista Personalised Inspection Trip

The easiest and most effective way to familiarise yourself with the local area and selection of properties available in Turkey is to attend one of our tailor-made Personal Viewing Trips.
Before starting to look at both the area and the properties our consultant, who will be looking after you throughout, will have an informal chat to be certain that he/she fully understands your requirements. This ensures that we do not waste your time showing properties unsuitable to your needs.

Our consultants will assist you in making your flight arrangements and then will arrange all aspects of your trip at your convenience, from the driver who collects you from the airport and takes you to the accommodation, viewing of the properties and back to the airport.
Your accommodation will be in a good quality hotel or apartment on a bed and breakfast basis. Accommodation varies in price dependant on season and location, but is typically £15 to £45 per night and the transfer charge depends on distance from airports. Aquavista will be able to give you a detailed breakdown of costs dependant on your requirements before you commit to the inspection trip.

Aquavista will give you £200 towards the cost of your inspection trip if you purchase*.

Property Viewings Only

If you are travelling to Turkey under your "OWN STEAM" we will be happy to arrange appointments for you before your departure. This is to ensure that you get our best possible service at all times. Please note that if you are travelling under your 'own steam' Aquavista will not contribute towards travel costs.

For multiple location viewing trips we ask that we have at least one week's notice as logistics can be complicated and we wish to ensure everything is in place and correct for your 'peace of mind'.

*Note: Aquavista Property Consultants Ltd will ONLY contribute towards travel costs on trips arranged exclusively with Aquavista Property Consultants Ltd (Personal Viewing Trip). This includes Aquavista arranging all your transfers, accommodation and viewings only with Aquavista's agents. Refunds will be paid on completion of purchase. Refunds are not applicable to special offer viewing trips.
